Potential Side Effects
Commonly reported side effects include fine tremors, anxiety, headaches, muscle cramps, dry mouth, and palpitations. Other less frequent symptoms may consist of rapid heart rate, arrhythmia, skin flushing, and, in rare cases, myocardial ischemia, as well as disruptions in sleep and behavior.
